Yeeeeeeah!

High-energy stuff is always G. I know this was mostly just put together, but I wouldn't mind so more variation with this. Don't get me wrong, I like what you have...it's just I can't see myself listening to it for longer than what it's at right now.

Then again, I've no idea if you have the intention of working on this more or not. I would personally like to see more out of this, because it definitely has some great potential.

And you already noted it, but yeah...mastering isn't too great. Though it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to fix that and have this sounding all crisp and shiny. Either way, definitely lookin' forward to hearing more of your work, whenever you get some more uploaded. :D (4/5)

Chill is right-on.

I like this track, it's very chill, but still has a beat you can groove with. Kinda sad about the no horns thing, I can definitely see the horns working extremely well with this.

I actually might have a decent Sax soundfont you can use. Just hit me up if you want it.

Anyways, awesome track. 5/5 - 9/10 :D

It's Nice...

If you meant this as a background track of some sort, then it fits that purpose. But for some reason, I don't think you meant it for that.

So, the first drop off at the beginning...I was definitely expecting a BIG section that flourished in trancey, pianoy goodness. But it kinda stayed at about 80% intensity. Then the second drop off came, so again...I was expecting something big and amazing. Didn't come.

That's my only complaint about this. Otherwise, it's a nice little trance track. :3

Anyways, just as a beat, it's nice. You need some BASS, though. Make me feel that shit. lol

Other than that, I don't have much to complain about. I'm just curious to hear it when you get the lyrics recorded. 4/5-9/10...for now. If get the completeled tracked with lyrics up, that may change.

Earthbound is right about the "Gaps" of nothing...well, nothing with drums. And the little stabs around 1:12 I think?

I could definitely see some sort of bass-line goin' with this, but you don't have one. The main melody is good...but I feel you play it too much. Maybe mix it up a bit so it's not so "the same?" I would also suggest adding a secondary lead for the main melody to compliment the main lead.

A little progression wouldn't hurt this piece either. Though the little solo bit at the end was nice.

Overall, it's not bad, but you could definitely make it better. Keep up the good work! :D

Thanks for the review! I guess i could add a bassline. In the begining i was trying to go for a more ambient approach but i think it ended up something... BIGGER.

Soothing...

Ok, so apart from this being a really nice piece...I think you start it off too strong. Try lowering the velocity on things...you know, give it a "flow," if you will. But don't make it too soft...just soft enough to get the point across. And then, when you have the choir come in, build it up to that and then make it big. Hell, you might get a tear or two from someone doin' that sort of thing. :P

Keep up the good work man, I'm anxious to hear the final product.

I'll be sure to do that. I've already got an intro idea in place that I'm sure you'll love. This is of course just a demo, so I couldn't include everything I have. Just wait till the full version comes out, hopefully it'll blow you away =).
